PCA publishes additional 2026 survey data

The PCA has published individual data tables for each of the six regulated pub-owning businesses, providing additional analysis from the 2026 Annual Tied Tenant Survey. 

Published for the second year, the separate tables show how each POB is performing across key areas of the tied relationship and provide valuable insight to help businesses understand tenants' experiences and identify where improvements may be needed. The additional analysis is intended to improve transparency across the sector and help pub-owning businesses identify where they must make further progress, while protecting individual tenants’ anonymity. 

Fiona Dickie, Pubs Code Adjudicator, commented: 

“Publishing individual data tables for each POB strengthens the value of the survey for tied tenants and POBs. I know that the POBs welcome the ability to deep dive into their own survey results, and understand what they mean for their business and their relationship with their own tenants. POBs can benchmark themselves and focus on the areas where tenants are highlighting that improvement is needed.”
