Interviews Complete for PCA’s 2026 Tied Tenant Survey

The Pubs Code Adjudicator is pleased to announce a major milestone in our 2026 Tied Tenant Survey. Our independent research partner, Ipsos, has now successfully completed all interviews with tied pub tenants across England and Wales, achieving a 100% completion rate.

Tenants from the six largest regulated pub companies: Admiral Taverns, Greene King, Marston’s, Punch Pubs, Star Pubs and Stonegate were invited to take part, and an incredible 1,200 voices have helped shape this year’s insights. We extend our sincere thanks to every participant for taking the time to share their experiences, views and priorities. 

The PCA’s Annual Tied Tenant Survey offers invaluable insights into the experiences and perspectives of tied tenants, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement across the industry.
