Publication of the PCA’s Breach Reporting Policy

The PCA requires regulated pub companies to self-report any failure to comply with the Pubs Code (referred to as a 'breach'). 

To be transparent with tenants, regulated pub companies, and the wider industry about how the Pubs Code is enforced, the PCA has published its Breach Reporting Policy that pub companies are expected to follow.
