The Pubs Code Adjudicator has launched a revised tenant questionnaire on the MRO process to better understand tenant views.

Who is this questionnaire for?
Have you requested a Market Rent Only option as a tied pub tenant of your pub company and have you reached the end of the MRO process? This may mean you have gone free of tie, decided to remain tied or arrived at some other outcome. If so, the PCA would like to hear from you.
We invite all tenants who have completed the MRO process after having received a Market Rent Only (MRO) proposal from their pub company to complete the short questionnaire regarding their experiences.
The questionnaire takes around 3 minutes and can be completed on a computer, laptop or mobile. To take part, please complete the PCA’s MRO questionnaire.
