The PCA team seeks to learn more about the relationships between representatives from the regulated pub companies and tied tenants and how they are supported in relation to the Pubs Code. Members of the team have accompanied these representatives, including Business Development Managers, Operational Managers and Regional Property Managers, to see how they work and have written accounts of their experiences.
