Pubs Code regulation in practice
Amongst its other publications and news stories, the PCA publishes Pubs Code Action stories to:
- Help the industry understand Pubs Code issues and give a clear picture of action the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) has taken
- Raise awareness of issues so affected tenants know to contact their Code Compliance Officer
- Help tenants and others identify if they have relevant information to share with the PCA
- Let the industry know of any changes a pub-owning business (POB) has made and promote best practice across POBs
