Pubs Code and Pubs Code Adjudicator: statutory review, 2019 to 2022
Report setting out the findings of the second statutory review of the Pubs Code and certain other provisions, and the Pubs Code Adjudicator.
The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 requires the government to review the operation of the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 and the performance of the Pubs Code Adjudicator.
This second statutory review covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022.
The review was informed by:
- stakeholder responses to an invitation to contribute views and evidence to the review
- publicly available evidence
